01 / Reconciliation
Repeal DRIPA and declare UNDRIP to have no force or effect in BC.
Halt voluntary transfers of cash, land, and control over public resources to band governments.
Restore oversight and accountability for Indigenous Band spending.
Seek constitutional reforms to repeal the Indian Act, transform reserves into townships, and establish one law and political framework for all British Columbians.
Restore original names of public institutions and places, with names primarily in English.
End mandatory land acknowledgements in government and government-funded institutions.
02 / Economy & Public Finance
Create conditions for private business to thrive rather than having government create jobs.
Send business signals intended to address capital leaving the province.
Cut taxes by 25% in every tax bracket, including corporate taxes.
Reduce the Provincial Sales Tax by two percentage points.
Approve a pipeline to Prince Rupert or Kitimat for Canadian energy exports.
Audit BC’s more than 176,000 regulations to reduce bureaucracy.
03 / Forestry
Increase the allowable annual cut to provide more wood fibre to the forestry sector.
Reduce stumpage fees for lumber companies.
Speed up permit approvals and consultations.
04 / Generational Debt
Address credit downgrades, high interest costs, and the affordability effects of debt.
Reduce the amount of tax revenue spent on debt servicing rather than healthcare.
Balance budgets within four years, aiming for surpluses.
Use part of budget surpluses to repay debt and reduce debt-servicing costs.
05 / Healthcare
Allow private healthcare alongside fully funded public healthcare.
Shift administration and human-resources spending toward frontline employees and resources.
06 / Education
Restore standardized testing with a focus on reading, writing, and mathematics.
Remove SOGI-123 and what the party describes as politicized classroom content.
Introduce a Parental Bill of Rights guaranteeing informed consent and classroom transparency for parents of minor-age students.
07 / Housing
Eliminate the Step Code, which the party says increases housing costs through green building requirements.
Block municipal rent-control programs, which the party says discourage development and new rental units.
08 / Drugs & Addiction
Eliminate safe-supply and drug-consumption programs.
Cancel new drug-consumption sites and convert existing sites into drug-recovery centres.
Provide involuntary drug rehabilitation and housing for people with severe addiction.
Roll back decriminalization programs and crack down on open drug use.
09 / Firearms Owners
Do not participate provincially in federal buy-back or confiscation programs for legally acquired firearms.
Provide provincial legal representation to firearms owners whose rights the party says are being violated by the federal government.
Create a provincial firearms-storage program where federal buy-back or confiscation programs put legally obtained firearms at risk.
10 / Crime and Justice
Focus criminal-justice resources on repeat and violent offenders.
Instruct prosecutors to consider past charges or convictions as indicators of future public danger, and discourage dropping charges against those who abuse the criminal-justice system.
Work with the federal government to counter organized international criminal activity that smuggles drugs and firearms through ports.
Prohibit mask wearing during protests.
11 / Interprovincial Relations
Adopt the Western Canada Alliance plan, working with Alberta and Saskatchewan to strengthen provincial sovereignty and bargaining power on Western Canadian interests and energy projects.
